Botas wins Worldwide Art-competition.
Botas was very pleased when mr. Nikolaus C. Netzer MD Phd, initiator of the
art competition ‘Sleep and Breathing’ told him he had won the worldwide
competition. The magazine ‘Sleep and Breathing’ and it’s scientific an business
publisher Springer, asked artist all over the world to participate on this contest.
From out of all corners of the world; North and South America, India and Asia
artist participated on this contest. A jury therefore had the task to select a
winner from out all this submissions.
After this difficult task, the jury selected the work of Botas; ‘There’s always a
new beginning’ as the winning artwork. Botas was complemented for his
powerful, outstanding and meaningful way of
painting. The painting is sophisticated for it’s
time and has a story to tell.
Botas thanked mr. Netzer an the jury for
selecting his work and complements. Besides
prize money, the winning work will be presented
on the upcoming cover of the scientific Magazine
‘Sleep and Breathing’, a scientific magazine from
co-organizer, publisher Springer. In the
Netherlands minister Plassterk, minister of art
and culture, contacted Botas and complemented
with his achievement.
